Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, enthusiastic and proactive Office Manager to join our growing property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining our office environment, supporting our stakeholders (local real estate agents, condominium owners and those who rent our properties), and contributing to our overall operational success. Working at Sentry is about putting the customer first for a top-tier experience within a saturated real estate marketplace. This is required in-office, no exceptions.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations: Manage all aspects of office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the property management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Leasing Support: This may include but is not limited to coordinating unit access, supporting and troubleshooting maintenance requests, coordinating showings, ensuring updated records in our CRM (Yardi) as well as hard copies. Leasing records must be kept live at all times.
Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office space, including coordinating with contractors and ensuring a safe and pleasant working environment.
Technology Coordination: Manage office technology needs, including IT support, coordinating needs for the team at large alongside the Director of Operations
Project Coordination: Support special projects as needed, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are properly allocated
Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services
Financial Oversight: Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and managing office budgets.
