Full Job Description

Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, has a need for an Associate Dentist with a well-established group. Located in Appleton, WI!

Job Details:

Seeking General Dentist with ability to walk into existing patient base
Full time - 4 or 5 day work with one Saturday half day a month
12 month guarantee of $200,000 with 30%+ of net revenue
401k matching and FULL benefits

Duties

Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and prosthodontics to restore and maintain oral health.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental histories, oral examinations, and dental imaging to develop effective treatment plans.
Administer dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other oral surgeries with precision and care.
Utilize dental terminology accurately for documentation, diagnosis, and communication with patients and team members.
Maintain strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Document all medical records meticulously in electronic health record systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
Collaborate with the dental team on four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.
Educate patients on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care to promote long-term wellness.
Stay current with advancements in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery to provide innovative care.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations related to medical documentation, medical terminology, and infection control standards.

Qualifications

Valid state license to practice dentistry as an Associate Dentist.
Proven experience in dental office settings or clinics with a focus on general dentistry; pediatric dentistry experience is a plus.
Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for efficient documentation.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control protocols.
Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures.
Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and the use of dental fabrication tools is desirable.
Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate effectively.
Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient confidentiality at all times.

Pay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
