BE Home Finance delivers creative and flexible mortgage solutions across the full spectrum, including conventional, FHA, and VA financing for homebuyers and homeowners refinancing, plus specialized equity and reverse products for clients later in life. Our work sits at one of the most emotional decisions a family ever makes. Right now, almost nobody knows we exist. That is what we need you to fix.

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to own our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn presence end to end, covering strategy, content, audience growth, and paid advertising. You will not be handed a content calendar to execute. You will build the whole thing.

You do not need mortgage experience.

We mean it. We will teach you the products, the vocabulary, and the advertising rules. Our Chief Revenue Officer and loan officers will get you fluent in this business within 90 days. What we cannot teach is curiosity, drive, taste, and the instinct to take ownership of something and make it yours.

If you have run real ad budgets, made content people stopped for, and you like the idea of learning a whole new industry from the inside, we should talk.

What You Will Do

Run Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn day to day, from strategy and calendar through publishing and community management
Create the work yourself: short-form video, graphics, carousels, and copy that sounds human
Grow our audience among the people who matter to us, including first-time and move-up buyers, existing homeowners, realtors, builders, and financial professionals
Own Meta Ads Manager end to end: campaign builds, audiences, creative testing, budget pacing, and reporting
Deploy campaigns that hold up to mortgage advertising rules (we will train you on every one of them)
Route every consumer question about rates, terms, or eligibility to a licensed loan officer
Report the numbers honestly every week, including what worked, what did not, and what you are changing

What We Are Looking For

3+ years running social media for a business, brand, or agency
Hands-on experience inside Meta Ads Manager with real budget behind it
You can build the asset, not just brief someone else to build it
A strong writer who is clear, warm, and free of jargon
Genuine willingness to learn a regulated industry and work within its guardrails
Comfortable being the only person in the room who does what you do

Employment Notices

Not a loan origination role. This position does not require an NMLS license. It does not involve taking loan applications, quoting rates or terms, offering or negotiating loan terms, or advising consumers on specific transactions. All consumer inquiries received through social channels are routed to licensed personnel.
Employment classification. This is a full-time, W-2 employee position. It is not an independent contractor engagement.
At-will employment. Employment with BE Home Finance is at-will and may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause or notice. Compensation. The range above reflects the good-faith base salary range for this position. Any incentive compensation is discretionary and is not based on the terms or profitability of any mortgage transaction.
