Medical Receptionist
Medical Front Desk Receptionist Spanish Speaking (Part Time)
Medical Front Desk Receptionist
Retail customer service-oriented individual with experience in aesthetics or cosmetic/plastic surgery. Knowledge and skill in informing clients and customers regarding services such as Plastic Surgery and minimally invasive aesthetics procedures. Must be competent in setting up or assisting clinician with checking in/checking out patients. Demonstrate ability to work in collaborative medical team environment. Must have vast knowledge of sales techniques and maintain minimum sales quotas.

Outgoing, intelligent and friendly face at our front desk is what we are looking for at this busy, fast-paced plastic and reconstructive surgery office. You will be working for two doctors responsible for manning the schedule for 3 providers.

Job Qualifications: (Required)

Fluent in Spanish

Fluent in English

Front Desk Qualifications:

Prior experience in high end service industry with receptionist experience and background.

Competent in check in and check out process and accurately accepting payments from clients/patients.

Basic Computer skill competency including use of Word and Excel.

Able to enter patient information into web based EMR System with proper and consistent documentation.

Able to work directly with customer sales and including patient follow ups

Able to manage customer complaints/concerns in a respectful manner with satisfactory reconciliation.

Knowledgeable on basic principles of skin care and treatment with topical products.

Comfort in working with clinical staff at all levels and under dynamic environment.

High School diploma or GED

At least two (1) years of experience in a physician office or Medical Spa

Experience calling in pharmacy requests

Knowledge of practice management and word processing software

Great communication skills, pleasant speaking voice and demeanor

Neat and professional appearance

Including masks, frequent sanitization, gloves, and hand sanitizer
