Join my client, a growing biotech manufacturing company in Centennial, as a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Order Entry / Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you'll support both customer order processing and light shipping & receiving operations in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Equipped with comprehensive training, tools, and ongoing support, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while continuing to develop professionally.

What You'll Be Doing as a Purchase Order Entry / Customer Service Specialist:

Handle incoming calls and proactively reach out to customers for follow-up.
Engage in active listening, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
Process customer orders and maintain accurate order information in the ERP system.
Assist with light shipping & receiving responsibilities, including unpacking incoming shipments of product and preparing inventory for processing.
Utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively.
Maintain detailed records following professional writing standards.
Utilize the MS Office Suite to support your daily tasks.
Collaborate proactively with team members to achieve shared goals.

About You as a Purchase Order Entry / Customer Service Specialist:

Leverage your customer service experience and passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Have some type of business-to-business customer service experience.
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Thrive in problem-solving situations, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.
Possess a genuine interest in software and technology, communicating technical concepts
