Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will develop comprehensive marketing strategies, oversee content creation, and optimize campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth. Your expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics will be essential in crafting targeted campaigns that resonate with our audience and achieve measurable success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our marketing vision and make a significant impact on our business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on digital channels including social media, email marketing, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and content marketing.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, ensuring maximum ROI through performance marketing techniques.
Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance content visibility.
Oversee content creation efforts, including copywriting, graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, and content management system updates on WordPress or similar platforms.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools to derive insights and refine marketing tactics for better conversion optimization.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing automation workflows and e-commerce initiatives.
Manage social media management strategies across various platforms to grow followers, increase engagement, and strengthen brand awareness.
Conduct A/B testing for landing pages and advertisements to improve conversion rates; implement HTML, CSS, JavaScript modifications where necessary for website enhancements.
Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, B2B marketing strategies, and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.

Experience

Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on performance marketing, SEO, SEM (including Google AdWords), and social media management.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while achieving measurable results.
Strong proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising platforms, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for website optimization; experience with SQL for data analysis is a plus.
Background in content creation including copywriting for diverse audiences; experience in graphic design is advantageous.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms to nurture leads and engage customers effectively.
Ability to analyze data insights to inform strategic decisions; experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar is essential.
