We're not looking for someone to simply sell a service.

We're looking for a relationship builder, problem solver, and growth-minded professional who wants to become a trusted advisor to some of the most influential property owners, managers, contractors, and organizations in Central Texas.

At ONEFORCE Restoration, our mission is simple: when disaster strikes, we help businesses and communities recover quickly. Whether responding to a major water loss, supporting a healthcare facility, or mobilizing for a large-scale storm event, our team is there when clients need us most.

As a Sales and Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of that mission—developing strategic relationships, creating opportunities, and driving meaningful revenue growth.

What You'll DoDrive Revenue Growth

Achieve and exceed annual revenue goals beginning at $2.5M in your first year
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across key target markets
Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
Execute strategic prospecting and account development plans

Build Trusted Relationships

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and strategic partners
Develop long-term relationships with commercial property managers, contractors, facility leaders, and other decision-makers
Deliver exceptional client experiences that drive repeat business and referrals
Gather market intelligence and client feedback to help shape company strategy

Expand Our Market Presence

Participate in industry associations, networking events, and community involvement opportunities
Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership on campaigns and growth initiatives
Identify emerging verticals, trends, and partnership opportunities

Be Ready When It Matters Most

Maintain a proactive approach to business development, even during slower periods
Respond to urgent client needs when opportunities arise
Participate in large-loss and storm response efforts, including travel opportunities when needed

Experience in restoration, construction, commercial real estate, facilities management, property management, insurance, or related industries
