About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead operational excellence initiatives across warehouse operations, facilities management, inventory optimization, and process improvement.

This position will play a critical role in supporting operational growth, standardizing business processes, improving efficiencies, and partnering with leadership to implement scalable solutions across multiple locations.

Position Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, facilities management, inventory processes, and operational improvement initiatives. This individual will work closely with leadership to improve operational consistency, increase efficiency, manage projects, and develop standardized processes that support future growth.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience managing multiple priorities while leading operational improvements.

Essential Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational consistency and efficiency.
Lead operational integration and process implementation initiatives across multiple locations.
Support inventory management processes and purchasing workflows.
Analyze inventory performance and material utilization while identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
Establish inventory replenishment strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce shortages.
Oversee physical inventory processes, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
Partner with purchasing and operations teams to maintain accurate product data and inventory controls.
Collaborate with operational leadership to improve procurement and inventory management processes.
Promote a culture focused on operational excellence and exceptional internal customer service.

Facilities Management

Support facility expansion, office relocations, and operational readiness initiatives.
Coordinate facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and property services across multiple locations.
Manage contractors for renovations, repairs, and facility improvement projects.
Ensure facilities are maintained in accordance with company standards.
Assist with planning and executing office and warehouse expansion projects.

Operational Excellence

Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency and scalability.
Develop standardized business processes to support organizational growth.
Analyze operational performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
Partner cross-functionally with leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
Promote a culture centered on accountability, safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Support additional operational projects as assigned.

QualificationsRequired

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of operations leadership experience with demonstrated success improving business performance.
Strong background in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, facilities management, or multi-site operations.
Proven experience leading operational improvement initiatives and managing complex projects.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise business systems.
Ability to travel approximately 25–50% as business needs require.

Preferred

Experience implementing operational systems and business process improvements.
Background in distribution, logistics, construction, manufacturing, field services, or other operationally intensive industries.
Experience working within rapidly growing organizations.
