About the Role

Robbins Estate Law is looking for an Estate Planning Consultant to join our growing team.

This isn't a cold-calling sales job. You won't be prospecting or chasing leads.

Instead, you'll spend your day meeting with families who have already taken the first step by scheduling an appointment with us. Your role is to listen, understand their goals, educate them on their options, earn their trust, and confidently guide them toward the estate plan that's right for their family.

You'll have 4–5 consultations each day. Every family is different—but you'll use the same proven, trusted process every time. If you enjoy mastering something meaningful, you'll thrive here.

If spending your day helping people make one of the most important family decisions of their lives sounds rewarding—and if you're the kind of person who does their best work because it's meaningful work you get to do every day—this may be exactly what you're looking for.

A quick note of honesty: If you're happiest chasing constant variety, creating something new every day, or climbing quickly into the next role, this probably isn't the right fit—and that's okay. We'd rather you know that now than six months from now. This role is for someone who finds real satisfaction in becoming exceptional at helping families through one of life's most important decisions.

What You'll Do

Meet with 4–5 prospective clients daily in scheduled one-hour consultations
Listen first, build trust quickly, and educate families on their options
Recommend the right planning solution and confidently ask for the business
Complete accurate intake for our attorneys, every time, using our system
Deliver the same warm, consistent experience—from your first meeting of the day to your last
Host and support monthly educational seminars presented by the CEO

What We're Looking For

Experience in consultative sales, financial services, legal, healthcare, real estate, or similar relationship-based work
Strong emotional intelligence and professionalism
Comfortable discussing significant financial decisions with clients
Coachable and energized by mastering a structured process rather than constantly customizing it

Estate planning experience is a plus—we can teach that. We're looking for someone who already knows how to build trust, communicate clearly, and guide people toward good decisions, over and over, without losing their edge.
