Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations & Accounting Coordinator to manage daily bookkeeping, financial reconciliations and internal administrative processes. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional client services, support our field teams, and maintain a seamless operational environment. The ideal candidate must be dependable, have excellent organizational skills and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Assist in manage office communications, including answering phones, monitoring emails and directing correspondence.
Maintain organized filing systems, records and documentation.

Payroll & Accounting

Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Reconcile accounts, process invoices, purchase orders and expense reports.
Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.

Human Resources

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
Coordinate benefits administration and employee documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Purchasing & Receiving

Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking materials and supplies.
Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
Project Management & Coordination
Support planning, scheduling, and tracking of company projects.
Maintain project documentation and status reports.

Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage confidential information.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
