Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Bartender to oversee bar operations, craft exceptional cocktails, and provide outstanding service to our guests. The ideal candidate will lead the bar team, ensure quality standards are met, and create a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong leadership, bartending expertise, and excellent customer service skills.

Duties

Lead and supervise the bartending team to ensure efficient and professional service.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including signature cocktails, with precision and creativity.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in the bar area.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.
Train and mentor junior staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
Interact with guests to enhance their experience and handle any special requests or concerns.
Ensure compliance with all alcohol laws and company policies.
Assist in creating drink menus and promotional events to attract customers.

Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender with a strong knowledge of mixology.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a bar or hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of safety regulations related to alcohol service.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong organizational skills for managing inventory and team coordination.
