The entire management staff lives in the stateline area and is here to help those who have the drive to grow their book of business. We have over 100 years combined restoration experience in our dedicated brick and mortar office, and we are experiencing extreme growth! ! And because of this, Aurum Contracting is looking to expand our sales force with experienced and/or trainable in-home sales professionals with drive.Aurum Contracting is looking for the best and hardest working sales representatives in our area, who need to own their projects (Control Freak encouraged) and make more for their attention to detail. Are you ready to partner up with Aurum and provide the “Gold Standard” ?Aurum offers performance-based sales compensation and cash bonuses at some of the industry's highest percentages!Bring in the job packet by Wed and get paid your front end on Friday!!!!We go 100 miles from the Beloit office, and we are adding to the road sales team for large storm events as well.Qualifications:
➢ Valid driver’s license & vehicle (truck to haul that ladder)(oh, and have a ladder).
➢ Pass a background check. (yes, we check!!)
➢ Cell phone able to take pictures and operate with applications (Smartphone)
➢ Never met a stranger / Out-talk the Sales Manager / Meet new people every day.
➢ Multi-task / calls / Meet adjusters / Meet home owners / Do your Paperwork!!
➢ Self-sufficient; Must be able to work independently.
➢ Have Hobbies that involve lots of people.
➢ Must understand that Saturdays are the days that you make the most.
➢ Self-motivated / money driven / Have goals / Want to provide.
➢ Eager to succeed!➢ Willing to travel 100 miles.Job Responsibilities:

Generate and maintain leads in CRM.
Meet new people.
Conduct whole-house inspections and produce an assessment.
Communicate your findings to all property owners.
Assist the property owner with the insurance claim and handle the process for them.
Meet with insurance adjusters and collectively prepare a repair estimate.
Fill out and review project details with the property owner.
Commit to learning the products you are selling.
Build and turn in job packets. (What color did the homeowner choose?)
Weekly meetings with the Sales Management team in season.
