Job Description:

Shift: First Shift,Second Shift,Mon,Tue,Wed,Thu,Sun

Family Guidance Centers, Inc. (FGC), a not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization, treats and prevents substance use disorder, as well as an array of other related problems. Since 1969, FGC's comprehensive programming has educated and guided individuals toward their full potential as productive members within their own families and our society. Family Guidance Centers, Inc seeks to support the behavioral health of individuals, families, and communities through our commitment to innovation, accountability, and compassionate care to facilitate positive, lasting change.

Essential Duties:

Check clients into the computer as they come in to the clinic and confirm if there are notes/holds for clients in computer. Direct clients to the appropriate department or area.
Receive patient payments and makes receipts for payments.
Assure customer service to staff, clients and guests.
Answer phones and transfer calls from the front desk area.
Assist in maintaining order in lobby / medication area and support all toxicology services.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday(12:00p - 8:30p) and Sunday (7:00a - 3:30p)

Start Date: ASAP

Work Location: 333 W. Evergreen St., Manteno, IL 60950

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour

Experience and Skills:
