We are a small, family-oriented CPA firm rooted in Bozeman, Montana, dedicated to building lasting client relationships and providing personalized, reliable service. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in creating a positive experience while ensuring our office runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and client information
Provide administrative support to accountants and staff
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
Accurately enter and manage client data and records
Follow instructions carefully and assist with various office tasks as needed

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills (written, in-person, and over the phone)
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain efficient in a fast-paced environment
Experience handling a multi-line phone system
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
