Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front of House Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the front-of-house team, manage customer service standards, and coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver seamless service. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere, uphold food safety and quality standards, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possesses strong management skills, and thrives on motivating teams to support a positive work environment and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Hire/Fire staff
Comprehensive Training on systems/products
Help GM with Bank Deposits
Submit Tips for payroll when GM is on vacay
Conduct scheduled employee reviews/raises
Instagram/ Facebook posts (including special events)
Monitor, manage and review special orders
Implement and ensure safe food handling practices
Monthly FOH Scheduling
Work/Communicate with G.M and Leads to maintain excellent service and product
Ordering FOH products including, Paper products, Retail Products and Cheese & Charcuterie
Maintain inventory/submit year end inventory
Promote a healthy work environment through communication, leading by example and setting employees up for success
Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work!

SKILLS

Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management within a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams and conducting interviews for hiring new staff
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally
Proficiency in POS systems such as Square, cash handling expertise
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and inventory control practices
Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high service standards
Exceptional communication skills to motivate staff and engage with guests effectively .
