Job Overview

The Senior Manager of Aesthetics provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for the organization’s cosmetic dermatology services across five locations in the South Bronx, and Queens, NY and Fort Lee, NJ. This role oversees approximately 15 hourly staff members and ensures consistent delivery of high-quality, patient-centered aesthetic services to a diverse, multicultural population.

Core focus: Lead operations, staff, finances, growth strategy, marketing, compliance, and patient experience across five locations.
Business priorities: Drive revenue growth, optimize service lines, manage budgets, improve workflows, and support expansion/new site initiatives.
Candidate profile: Requires 5+ years in healthcare, aesthetics, dermatology, or medspa operations, with strong multi-site leadership and business acumen.
Preferred strengths: Cosmetic dermatology experience, EMR/practice management systems, bilingual fluency (Korean, Spanish, and/or Cantonese or Mandarin), digital marketing awareness, and cultural competence.

Pay: $77,500.00 - $95,000.00 per year
