Production & Warehouse Manager

This isn't just a shipping and receiving job.

Every successful service call.

Every equipment replacement.

Every maintenance visit.

They all depend on the right product being in the right place at the right time.

As Austin has grown, we've reached the point where we not only need someone to fill this role, but we need someone that can lead this hub into the future.

If you've managed a warehouse in the trades before, you've probably spent more time putting out fires than improving the operation.

That's not Austin.

We've built the foundation. Now we're looking for someone to own it, fill in the missing gaps, improve it, and help it scale.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building systems, creating order, and making life easier for the technicians who depend on them every day.

If you've ever taken pride in a warehouse that runs like a machine, you'll understand exactly what we're looking for.

What You'll Own

You'll oversee the movement of inventory through our business from purchase to installation.

That includes:

Managing inventory using the ServiceTitan Inventory module
Ordering daily replenishment inventory
Ordering HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment
Coordinating special-order materials
Staging jobs for field teams
Maintaining truck stock and warehouse inventory
Working closely with Dispatch, the General Manager, and field leadership to ensure each day starts smoothly
Managing fleet coordination
Continuously improving warehouse systems, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency

This role touches every department.

The warehouse sets the pace for the entire company. When it's organized, stocked, and running well, everyone wins.

When you do your job well, our technicians spend more time serving customers and less time hunting for parts.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has managed a warehouse or operations department for a residential plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or similar home service company and understands how inventory directly impacts production.

Experience using ServiceTitan Inventory is a major advantage.

Trades experience is also valuable.
