Full Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a Corporate Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording financial transactions, ensuring general ledger accuracy, preparing bank reconciliation, and supporting audit and tax processes. This role requires knowledge of accounting, proficiency in excel, QuickBooks, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain financial records with precision.

If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong foundation in accounting principles, experience in bookkeeping and financial reconciliations, and a desire to learn wide range of knowledge in accounting and tax, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Record, review, and maintain journal entries (JEs) to ensure accuracy in the general ledger.
Manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks.
Prepare, organize, and provide necessary financial documents for auditors.
Assist in gathering and compiling documents for tax filings and compliance.
Assist in setting up and improving accounting policy, procedures and internal control.
Assistant in bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
Support additional accounting, treasury or tax tasks as required to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in a corporate or public accounting environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks and experience with journal entry recording.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
Communication skills in English and Chinese.
