Full Job Description

Job Title: Sales Consultant

Hourly Rate: $28.84-$38.46 plus commission (OTE: $160,000-$180,000 annually)

Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Leader

Job Summary:

The Patient Consultant is responsible for building strong patient relationships, driving sales growth, and providing a consultative approach to understand patient needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with their goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Conducting consultations with patients to understand their health needs, goals, and expectations.
Providing detailed information about the benefits, process, and expected outcomes of procedures
Assisting patients in making informed decisions by presenting treatment options and addressing any concerns or questions.
Developing customized treatment plans and cost estimates for patients, ensuring clarity and transparency.
Collaborating with the healthcare team to coordinate treatment schedules and ensure seamless patient experiences.
Following up with patients to answer additional inquiries, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, focusing on patient satisfaction and retention.
Attending relevant conferences and events to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
Keeping accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress.
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Experience as a sales consultant or a similar role within the medical, dental or healthcare industry.
Experience presenting high-value treatment plans with confidence and clarity.
Knowledge of third-party financing and payment plan structuring.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of clinical patient centric workflows

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
