Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in outside sales, management, and business development, with a focus on B2B sales and territory management. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your expertise in customer service, negotiation, and product demonstrations. Duties

Conduct outside sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Develop and implement strategic plans for territory management and lead generation to maximize sales potential.
Present product demos and technical solutions tailored to client needs, emphasizing value propositions through effective upselling techniques.
Engage in cold calling, direct sales, and inside sales efforts to expand the customer base.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales data.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining strong customer service standards.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and new opportunities for growth.
Provide ongoing account management by maintaining regular contact with clients and addressing their evolving needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within relevant industries such as technology or retail sales.
Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and account management.
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and pipeline management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple accounts effectively.
Demonstrated success in cold calling, direct sales, upselling, and territory expansion strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making.
Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques for effective business development efforts.
