Full Job Description

Inner Quest is a Metaphysical Christian Church and Healing Center

We are seeking a warm, organized Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper to become a team member in support of our daily operations.

This role blends administrative excellence, attention to detail, and creative opportunities - ideal for someone who enjoys balancing both the practical and the creative aspects of work.

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:30am–4:30pm
Compensation: $20–$23 per hour

Key Responsibilities

· Office - Manage projects, organize files, and maintain records.

· Bookkeeping- accounts payable, cash receipts, and inventory management.

· Member & Client Support- Greet and assist members and clients (in person and virtually) with scheduling, payments, and inquiries.

· Communication- Handle calls, emails, and other correspondence with warmth and professionalism.

·Creative Content- Create and publish weekly bulletins, newsletters, bookstore promotions, and occasional media or video content.

· Bookstore Management- Manage bookstore sales, promotions, and inventory.

Administrative Support- Provide general administrative assistance to church leadership as needed.

Education:

High School Diploma or Associate Degree required.

Experience:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Some Familiarity with accounting software
Experience in bookkeeping or accounting (preferred).
Typing 60wp

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working independently or within a small, close-knit team.
Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically able to lift boxes arriving from UPS (up to 20 lbs)
Acceptance of the spiritual values and mission of Inner Quest.

Please note: References will be requested upon application.

Position could become full time if desired.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
