Full Job Description

Thanks for considering this position. To save us both time and to avoid disappointment, please apply for this position only if you are willing to answer all of the employer questions we have asked. Please note this is a 30-40+ hr/week position and we intend for it to be your main employment. The position is primarily M-Fr, 8-5ish. It doesn't work well as a "fill in" position along with another part time job you plan to hold. It does work well if your other job is weekend, we don't generally work weekends.

As a Kitchen Staff member, you will be expected to learn and master all aspects of the making of our products which will include:

Cooking our product on a griddle using unique, proprietary cooking implements
Sugaring product once cooled
Sorting cooked product for quality assurance
Packaging and/or labeling product
Helping to make dough and to use equipment designed to form chubs
Slicing frozen dough to prepare for cooking
Performing inventory on ingredients and products
Cleaning equipment, utensils and the facility as a whole

We've asked current and previous employess how they describe the job and they say it's not high stress, it's pretty predictable, the work is steady, but some overtime occassionally required.
