A Business Relations Inside Sales Positon with a Purpose

For more than 100 years, the Better Business Bureau has helped consumers identify businesses they can trust while encouraging businesses to operate with integrity. Our Business Relations Representatives play a vital role in that mission by introducing qualified businesses to BBB Accreditation.

If you're motivated by helping good businesses stand out, enjoy influencing change, and thrive in a goal-driven environment, we'd love to meet you!

This is a base plus commission position.

What You'll Do

Make approximately 60 outbound calls each day to local businesses.
Educate business owners about BBB Accreditation and its value.
Identify businesses that meet BBB standards.
Guide qualified businesses through the accreditation application process.
Follow up through phone and email.
Maintain detailed notes and activity within our CRM.
Collaborate with teammates and managers to continually improve your sales skills.
Participate in weekly coaching, role-playing, and one-on-one development session
