We proudly manufacture premium nuts, trail mixes, seeds, candies, and specialty snack products for retailers and distributors nationwide. As a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and BRC Certified facility, we are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company.

Position Summary

The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive first impression for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees while providing administrative and clerical support across multiple departments. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and delivery drivers in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Perform data entry, filing, scanning, copying, and document management.
Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Order and maintain office supplies and breakroom inventory.
Schedule meetings and assist with conference room preparation.
Support Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, Shipping, and Management with administrative tasks.
Assist with customer inquiries and route requests to the appropriate department.
Maintain employee and visitor sign-in procedures.
Help organize company events, meetings, and employee communications.
Perform general clerical duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous receptionist, front office, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus.
