Cruitfly is a temporary staffing and recruitment company providing workforce on the fly in a “fly” environment! We excel in providing skilled construction workforce to construction and communication infrastructure companies throughout the Midwest and Southeast United States and we are looking to continue our growth. We are a growing company and looking for someone with ambition and a willingness to learn to come and grow with us! The ideal candidate will be someone with a strong desire to positively impact the lives our of employees and the community. Your role is to be a warm welcome to all guests and employees into our office.

Primary Functions:

· Welcoming Guests and Employees

· Answering Phone Calls

· Assisting Current and Prospective Employees with online application

· Upload Documents

· Complete and Send documents for approval to state agencies

· Other duties as assigned

· Participate in weekly team meetings

Education:

· High School Diploma (Required)

· Associate’s degree (Preferred)

Experience:

· 6 months or more preferred experience in customer service

· Experience working for a staffing company

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

· Organized, Tenacious, Self-Motivated, and Strong Communicator

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Products

Requirements:

· Able to speak English and Spanish

· Staffing industry experience preferred

· Organized

· Willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
