Full Job Description

Plaintiffs' litigation firm seeks a paralegal with minimum 5 years' civil litigation experience to draft/respond to discovery, coordinate depositions and otherwise manage toxic tort cases.

Compensation:

$80,000 to $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with potential for bonus and benefits, which include: health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and substantial professional development, training, and guidance.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a very detail-oriented and enthusiastic team member with solid communication skills who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously while staying organized. This position involves communicating with clients and others over the telephone such that candidates need a demonstrated background in the same. Excellent writing and research skills are required. Experience reviewing and analyzing medical records is preferred. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, Adobe Acrobat, electronic service and filing, and electronic file organization skills is also required. Candidates who aspire to learn and do more will be encouraged to do so.

Candidates with asbestos litigation experience strongly preferred.
Candidates with completed paralegal certification strongly preferred.
