Join a Growing Team Making a Difference in Healthcare!

At J&B Medical, our Sales Team is GROWING, and we are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to join our mission. If you are a self-motivated sales professional who loves being out in the field, building meaningful relationships, and driving impactful results, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will be the face of J&B Medical in the Madison territory. You will partner with healthcare providers to deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure patients get the critical medical solutions they need.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Build Strong Partnerships: Connect with healthcare professionals—including Endocrinology, Primary Care, and Nurse Practitioners—to introduce our vital medical solutions.
Drive Strategy: Own your territory by creating and executing business plans that consistently smash sales goals.
Collaborate for Success: Team up with local manufacturer representatives and our internal customer service and clinical support teams to create a seamless customer experience.
Be the Expert: Deliver engaging product presentations, run in-service training, and host quarterly business reviews with key accounts.
Represent Our Brand: Hit the road to visiting customer locations and showcase J&B Medical at diabetes-related trade shows, conferences, and community events.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Proven Sales Drive: At least 2 years of field or inside sales experience with a track record of beating goals.
Relationship Builders: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with medical professionals.
Smart Organizers: Top-notch time management skills to plan your territory travel effectively.
Tech & Data Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and data insights to guide your daily sales strategy.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but we highly value equivalent hands-on sales or medical industry experience.
Industry Bonus: Background in diabetes, Durable Medical Equipment (DME), or healthcare-related sales is a huge plus!

Position Details

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 base salary (plus commission/bonus structure if applicable).
Work Environment: A high-energy mix of local field travel and remote/office coordination. Reliable transportation for daily driving to customer sites is required.
