Job Summary

At QDOBA, we’re not looking for someone to just run shifts. We’re hiring an Assistant Manager to help build a high-performing team, lead with purpose, and grow into a General Manager role.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone ready to take ownership of people, culture, and execution. If you care about doing things the right way, developing others, and driving results in a fast-paced environment, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

Lead day-to-day operations with confidence and accountability
Coach, support, and develop team members through hands-on leadership
Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding future leaders
Deliver exceptional guest experiences through genuine hospitality
Support food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards every shift
Help manage labor, food cost, and sales performance
Partner with the General Manager on execution, culture, and results
Step in for the General Manager when needed and keep the restaurant running strong

Who You Are

1–2 years of restaurant leadership or management experience preferred
A driven, people-first leader who brings energy and accountability
Committed to personal growth and developing others
Thrives in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
A culture builder who leads by example
Looking for a clear path to General Manager and beyond
