Operations Coordinator

Full-time

In-person – Niles, IL

$53,000 – 58,000 annual salary with eligibility for bonus

Summary

Ready to expand on your accounting experience into operations as an Operations Coordinator? Be a strong individual contributor to the data systems that power a leading smart factory. Manage tasks ranging from bookkeeping to production coordination, primarily within the SAP Business 1 (SAP B1) enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Fuel a cutting-edge data program that merges production automation with big data.

Tasks

General bookkeeping for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Expenses, and accounting department support
Monitoring Sales Orders through Production Orders and Deliveries within the SAP B1 software environment.
Production coordination through job kitting and specialist contribution delivery management
Processing of Goods Receipts; three-way matching with invoice and purchase order
Processing of Purchase Orders for supplies, engineering, and production
Processing of Invoices for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable; Aging Liabilities and Aging Customer Receivables management
Maintenance of SAP B1 database; entering and updating Business Partners, SKUs, BOMs, and Standard Cost
Processing payroll and time & attendance module
Day-to-day production coordination with Line Managers and Production Manager
Regular third party integration support with Principal Technology Officer

Hard Skills

Bookkeeping or accounting
Proficient in a leading ERP system (SAP B1 preferred)
Microsoft Office products, primarily: Excel
Fluent in workplace English language (bonus if you can speak any level of Spanish)

Pay: $53,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
