Full Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager. The candidate must have experience in handling small to middle market commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to assist customers. AMS360 management software knowledge is highly recommended. Must possess a full understanding of ACORD forms, completing ACORD applications, and client management. If you meet these criteria, we’d love to meet you!

About the role:

Act as a liaison between clients and insurance companies
Handle policy change endorsements, renewal processing, and agency billing
Process claims and assist with audits
Maintain all documentation for new and renewing business
Promptly respond to requests for information and documentation, and answer questions about coverage
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Prepare ACORD applications, supplemental applications, loss runs, photos, excel spreadsheets, premium breakdown charts, and other necessary documentation needed for marketing submissions
Collaborate with underwriters to assess client risks, and negotiate premium/rate changes
Evaluate, market, and propose coverage for renewals and new business
Prepare summaries of insurance, statement of values, and annual premium analysis for clients
Input information into multiple carrier portals to obtain quotes for commercial customers
