Experienced Dental Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator

Robert DiPilla, DDS – Birmingham, MI

Robert DiPilla, DDS is seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to join our established, patient-focused practice in Birmingham.

We are a modern, technology-driven dental office with an excellent reputation for exceptional patient care and customer service. We are looking for a professional, organized, and detail-oriented team member who can confidently manage a busy front desk and provide an outstanding patient experience.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience
Experience scheduling patients, answering phones, and managing a multi-provider schedule
Knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefits
Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
Strong computer and organizational skills
Professional communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Open Dental software
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules
Verify insurance benefits and process patient information
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
Maintain accurate patient records and support office efficiency
