Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring effective phone etiquette at all times.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members, ensuring efficient use of time.
Maintain accurate records of client information and appointments in the system.
Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
Assist clients with inquiries, providing excellent customer support to enhance their experience.
Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the office.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using phone systems and computer literacy is essential; familiarity with office software is a plus.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are required for effective interaction with clients.
Experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential for success in this role.
