Full Job Description

The Director of Agent Success & Growth is responsible for driving agent engagement, professional development, recruiting, retention, and culture across RE/MAX Boone Realty. This individual serves as a key leader within the organization, ensuring agents have the resources, support, training, and connections needed to build successful businesses.

The Director of Agent Success & Growth acts as a champion for the agent experience—from the first recruiting conversation through onboarding, business growth, leadership development, and long-term retention. This role is responsible for creating an environment where agents feel connected, supported, challenged, and inspired to succeed.

The ideal candidate is energetic, relationship-focused, highly organized, technology-savvy, and passionate about helping others achieve their goals.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Agent Success & Engagement

Serve as a primary relationship manager and advocate for agents.
Build meaningful relationships with agents across all office locations.
Maintain regular communication and check-ins with agents.
Help identify agent needs and connect them with appropriate resources.
Foster a culture of collaboration, support, professionalism, and growth.
Lead agent recognition programs and celebrate achievements and milestones.
Monitor agent satisfaction and proactively address concerns.

Recruiting & Agent Growth

Manage and execute recruiting systems and follow-up processes.
Maintain recruiting databases and CRM systems.
Conduct recruiting outreach and nurture prospective agent relationships.
Schedule and coordinate recruiting appointments and office tours.
Assist leadership with recruiting campaigns and growth initiatives.
Develop relationships with new and experienced agents throughout the marketplace.
Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
Support strategic growth initiatives that strengthen the brokerage.

Training & Professional Development

Coordinate and facilitate agent training programs.
Lead new agent orientation and onboarding.
Facilitate weekly sales meetings and productivity sessions.
Coordinate educational workshops, guest speakers, masterminds, and coaching opportunities.
Promote adoption of brokerage technology, systems, and tools.
Encourage participation in professional development programs and designations.
Assist agents in creating business growth and accountability plans.

Social Media & Community Building

Manage brokerage social media presence and engagement.
Develop content that highlights:
Agent accomplishments
Company culture
Community involvement
Training opportunities
Recruiting initiatives
Success stories
Support agents in leveraging social media to grow their businesses.
Build and manage online communities that increase agent engagement and recruiting visibility.
Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to strengthen the brokerage brand.

Communication & Internal Marketing

Coordinate internal communications to ensure agents remain informed and connected.
Manage newsletters, announcements, event promotions, and office updates.
Support marketing initiatives that enhance agent participation and awareness.
Collaborate with brokerage leadership and the design team on communication strategies.
Help communicate company goals, priorities, and opportunities.

Culture & Agent Experience

Create programs and events that strengthen office culture.
Coordinate social gatherings, networking opportunities, volunteer activities, and celebrations.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for new and existing agents.
Develop initiatives that increase agent participation and loyalty.
Help ensure RE/MAX Boone Realty remains the brokerage of choice in our markets.

Leadership & Strategic Initiatives

Support brokerage leadership in implementing strategic priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve agent services and support systems.
Participate in planning meetings and growth initiatives.
Assist with implementation of new programs, technologies, and agent-focused services.
Serve as a visible ambassador of the RE/MAX Boone Realty brand and culture.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
