CVOR Registered Nurse – Cardiac & Vascular Surgery – Columbus, OH

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, Friday/Saturday + one weekday night)
Hours/Week: 36 hours/week
Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
Certifications: BLS required
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in cardiac, vascular, and transplant; 1 year CVOR experience; 1 year Level I Trauma experience

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $75.62

What You’ll Do

Provide specialized care for cardiovascular, thoracic, vascular, and transplant patients in the CVOR
Assist during cardiac, vascular, and transplant surgeries, ensuring procedure safety and efficiency
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to intraoperative changes
Collaborate with surgical teams and anesthesia providers
Maintain accurate charting and documentation using EPIC system
Adhere to all safety protocols and hospital procedures for trauma and critical care
Contribute to a positive environment in a Level I Trauma facility

What You Need
Required:

Valid RN license in Ohio
BLS certification
2+ years of experience in cardiac, vascular, transplant, and trauma settings
1 year CVOR experience
EPIC charting system proficiency

Preferred:

Experience working in a Level I Trauma facility
Additional certifications in cardiovascular or thoracic specialties
