Caregiver Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you will assist clients with crucial activities of daily living as well as, personal care activities, which include (but are not limited to):

Assisting with mobility
Performing housekeeping tasks
Preparing meals
Accompany on errands or appointments
Assist with personal hygiene
Provide medication reminders
Assist with prescribed range of motion exercises
Dementia care
Provide companionship

Caregiver Qualifications and Skills:

High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred.
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
Pass a background check.
Atleast one year of caregiver experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Light housekeeping, including dishes, laundry, bed linen changes, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
Cleaning countertops, bathrooms, and kitchens
Making beds and ensuring a tidy living space
Emptying trash during each shift
Assisting clients with organization and decluttering

As a Home Health Aide, you'll be responsible for providing essential light housekeeping services and personal care to enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Requirements:

No experience required
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
Willingness to drive to client homes throughout Delaware County
Willing to work in homes with pets
Availability for day shifts, starting as early as 7 a.m. and finishing as late as 7 p.m., Monday through Sunday
