Position Summary:

We are seeking a true school sales enthusiast who is excited by the prospect of selling school uniforms to school administrators and who is passionate about growing a network of new school partnerships. You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and help us strategize our growth. You demonstrate initiative and have the ability to think outside the box, pick up the phone, and track down leads. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for our mission and offerings. The idea of building and selling an innovative school uniform partnership solution to school administrators is appealing to you.

We’re a growing family owned company and this position has unlimited potential. You’ll work directly with school administrators throughout our region and have the chance to help us continue to build and develop our company.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

This role is vital to our continued success and will require the following:

Responsible for sales of school uniforms through signing up new school partnerships in your region. This role requires 100% of time dedicated to signing up new school partnerships.
Accountable for a full life cycle sales role with its own individual quota.
Drive sales opportunities via cold calls, drop-in, lead follow-ups, email correspondence, video calls, webinars, conference calls, etc.
Responsible for creating and conducting product presentations and demonstrations to customers, either in person or online.
Work with clients on pricing proposals for each sale (when applicable).
Maintain records of all sales interactions with customers and internal departments using a customer relationship management system.
Ensure customer satisfaction with responsive account management.
Maintain a pipeline of forecasted opportunities.
Travel to further relationships and increase revenue will be necessary. This will include daily car travel and approximately 5-targeted events/conferences over the course of a year.

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in K-12 Education or Educational Sales.
Excellent planning, organizational and prioritization skills.
Solid presentation, listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and track record of success.
Participate in ongoing professional growth.
Ability to remain flexible to change within the work environment and scope of responsibility.
At least basic proficiency in Google Suite programs
Experience with a CRM platform
Travel will be required.

Physical Requirements:

Sit for extended periods of time; including at a computer.
Repetitive hand and wrist movements for frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse.
Must be able to carry up to 30 lbs. when traveling and/ or carrying materials to and from sales meetings, conferences, and destinations.

Work Conditions:

Home office environment with travel as needed.

Base Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
