Accel Automotive & Tire is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Manager / Store Manager who wants more than just a job — we’re looking for a leader who wants to help scale a growing company.

Since 2019, we’ve grown from a small 2-bay startup into a rapidly expanding 5-location automotive repair company by focusing on our people, our customers, and building strong operational systems.

We are not looking for someone to simply “run a counter.”

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations of the store

Monitor KPIs, profitability, efficiency, and operational performance
Communicate effectively with leadership and staff
Help scale systems and processes as the company continues to grow
