Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Front Desk Receptionist/Club Staff member to be the welcoming face of our vibrant community. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Your friendly demeanor, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will help foster a welcoming environment while supporting daily operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service skills within a dynamic setting.

Duties

Greet members, visitors, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and provide information efficiently
Handle check-ins and check-outs using computer systems, ensuring accurate member records and data entry
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club, including placing equipment in designated areas, Picking up discarded items.
Assist with club operations by providing customer support
AED machine and Pool checks
Entering equipment issues into equipment system.

Qualifications

Proven experience in front desk reception or office administration roles with strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and Microsoft Teams.
Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently and handle high-volume inquiries smoothly
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse members and visitors
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks quickly and accurately
Must be 18 years or older
