Sales Manager — Events & Catering
Type: Full-Time (Approx. 50 hours/week)
Location: Staten Island, NY

IOP Hospitality (It’s Our Pleasure) is a full-service events and catering company based in Staten Island, producing exceptional experiences for weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, golf outings, and upscale private functions. The company delivers thoughtful planning, inspired menus, and attentive service across Staten Island.

Position Overview
This role is for a driven sales professional with 2–5 years of catering or events experience and a proven record of $1M+ in annual sales. The Sales Manager owns the full sales cycle—from lead generation through event execution—and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Evening and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

· Manage inbound leads and CRM pipeline

· Conduct outbound prospecting and email campaigns

· Network at bridal shows, expos, and community events

· Host site visits and tastings

· Build proposals, pricing, and contracts

· Upsell services and packages

· Coordinate with operations using BEOs

· Support clients on-site as needed

· Maintain CRM records and sales reports

Qualifications

· 2–5 years in catering sales or hospitality sales

· $1M+ annual sales track record

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Organized, tech-savvy, CRM proficiency

· Comfortable working nights/weekends
