Whether you’re preparing ingredients, operating kitchen equipment, or ensuring food safety standards are met, your skills will help deliver mouthwatering meals that keep customers coming back for more. This paid position offers a dynamic environment where culinary creativity and high-volume production come together to create something truly special.

Responsibilities

Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients with precision and consistency
Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and food processors safely and efficiently
Follow recipes meticulously to ensure product quality and adherence to menu standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas in accordance with food safety procedures
Assist in menu planning and ingredient inventory management to support efficient food production
Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling techniques, including poaching, braising, grilling, and food sanitizing procedures
Support catering events and large-volume orders while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation or a culinary environment is preferred; dietary aide or restaurant experience is a plus
Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques such as braising, poaching, grilling, and meal preparation
Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures in a commercial kitchen setting
Ability to operate kitchen equipment confidently and efficiently during high-volume production periods
Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and food handling standards necessary for consistent quality
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work quickly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A passion for culinary arts with a focus on pizza making or similar food industry experience is highly desirable
