Full Job Description

A snapshot of this role:

Development, maintenance, and expansion of local (within assigned region) customer relationships.
Consult customers in advance of a project and provide quotes as needed.
Responsible for quality and customer satisfaction for the assigned region.
Maintain and monitor relationships of approved suppliers and propose new suppliers to become approved suppliers in the assigned region.
Coordinate weekly project schedules, equipment, and materials together with the Scheduler and Project Coordinator.
Coordinate training and development for assigned field installations group with Training Manager.
Provide effective leadership to field installations teams and perform team management functions incl. hiring, terminations, performance, regular feedback, and coaching.
Review and approve work time and expense entries.
Travel to field sites to meet with teams and customers.
Work with other personnel to accomplish company goals.
Maintain highest level of confidentiality of all organization, personnel and research matters.
Compliance with applicable business processes and all programs / EHS plans.
Perform other duties as required.
