Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and visionary Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience. This dynamic role requires a passionate leader with a flair for fine dining, exceptional food presentation, and innovative menu development. As the Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety, and inspire your team to deliver memorable culinary experiences. Your expertise in food production, catering, and restaurant management will drive the success of our culinary offerings while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Duties

Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, to ensure smooth daily operations
Develop creative menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and meet diverse dietary needs
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to maintain high standards of fine dining excellence
Manage inventory control and food safety protocols to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations
Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional service standards
Implement shift management strategies to optimize staffing levels during peak hours and special events
Train team members on food handling, safety procedures, and culinary techniques to foster continuous improvement

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory culinary role within a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting
Extensive background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management
Demonstrated success in managing banquet services, catering operations, and large-scale food events
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse culinary team
Familiarity with inventory management systems and food safety standards such as HACCP
Hands-on experience in food preparation, fine dining service, and restaurant operations
Knowledge of dietary department requirements and accommodating special dietary restrictions
