Job Overview

Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Assistant and become a vital part of delivering exceptional oral healthcare! Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and other treatments.
Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary instruments and materials, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and ready for use.
Take dental radiographs (X-rays) while following safety protocols to protect patients and staff.
Provide patients with post-treatment instructions and answer any questions they may have about their care.
Maintain accurate patient records, update treatment plans, and document procedures performed.
Ensure the clinical area adheres to infection control standards by following sterilization procedures diligently.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and handling billing or insurance documentation when needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is advantageous but not required—training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Knowledge of dental terminology, sterilization techniques, and infection control protocols is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting supplies or assisting patients comfortably.
A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to providing outstanding patient care are essential.
