Project Coordinator/ Admin – Jacuzzi Bath Division Sacramento

Compensation: $28.00 to $32.00 D.O.E

Employment type: full-time

Yancey Home Improvements is an established leader in the home improvement market serving the greater Sacramento Region Since 1939.

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for managing high volume Jacuzzi wet area remodel projects and ensuring customer satisfaction through communication, scheduling and order processing. Maintaining relationship between Crews, Customers, Sales Staff and Sub Contractors. This position is a start to finish point of contact between the customer and company as a representative of our values. Must be able to adapt to varying personality types and handle pressure well.

Responsibilities:
· Customer communication
· Maintain production tracking log
· Prepare permit application
· Coordinate inspection
· Schedule crews
· Order materials and execute purchase orders while maintaining the established budget.
· Arrange for customer payments according to contract guidelines
· Job tracking and scheduling and crew assignments to projects
· Coordinate multiple product projects with other team members
· Month end projections
· Trouble shoot project issues and facilitate corrective action and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.

Qualifications:
· Experience working in a fast-paced office environment with attention to detail
· Proficiency with excel, word and outlook and job management software (JobTread Preferred)
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load as well as complete tasks on time
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills and customer service.
· Excellent problem solver
· Ability to manage multiple priorities, effective team player, self-motivated
· Ability to follow and implement procedures.
· Previous work experience in the kitchen and bathroom industry is a plus but not required.
· General construction and kitchen and bathroom product knowledge is a plus but not required.
