Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Janitorial Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across client facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong custodial skills, experience with cleaning equipment and chemical agents, and a commitment to safety protocols. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of high-traffic commercial spaces through diligent cleaning and maintenance practices. THIS IS A THIRD SHIFT POSITION (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas
Handle chemical agents safely in accordance with safety protocol procedures to ensure proper sanitation
Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of supplies and equipment while adhering to safe lifting practices
Maintain high standards of sanitation in restrooms, and common areas
Follow established safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles within commercial or industrial settings
Ability to handle chemical agents safely following safety protocols and handling safety procedures effectively
Strong manual handling skills with an emphasis on safe lifting practices for heavy objects or equipment
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
Familiarity with sanitation standards, facilities maintenance tasks, and industrial cleaning methods
Ability to perform physical tasks reliably while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
