Operations & Bookkeeping Coordinator (Xero Experience Required)

We are a fast-growing golf cart / LSV rental company based along Florida’s 30A and Emerald Coast area looking for a highly organized, dependable Operations & Bookkeeping Coordinator to help bring structure, organization, and accountability to our business operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in Xero bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts receivable, and operational organization — especially someone who enjoys taking an existing business and improving systems, workflows, and financial organization over time.

Experience with rental businesses, LSV/golf cart companies, car rental companies, fleet management, or service-based operations is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain bookkeeping in Xero
Organize and reconcile financial records
Create and send invoices
Monitor payments and follow up on unpaid invoices/accounts receivable
Help ensure recurring payments are properly set up and collected
Improve operational and bookkeeping systems/processes
Keep records, spreadsheets, and reporting organized and accurate
Assist with administrative and operational coordination tasks
Help bring structure and accountability to daily business operations

What We’re Looking For:

Strong Xero bookkeeping/accounting experience REQUIRED
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Dependable and responsive communication
Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Comfortable improving and building systems, not just maintaining them
Experience with rental, fleet, golf cart, LSV, or car rental businesses is a strong plus
Experience with recurring billing, invoicing, and operational coordination preferred

This is not just a basic admin role. We are looking for someone who can take what already exists, organize it properly, improve it, and help create a scalable operational foundation for the company moving forward. The starting pay per hour will be increased as we see the value and organization the candidate brings to the company.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
