Full Job Description

POSITION: Guest Service Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

PRIMARY PURPOSE: Ensure legendary customer service for Spalon clients and technical team while infusing our mission statement and values into our day to day culture.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Self-starter with positive attitude who enjoys working with clients over the phone and face to face. Ability to deal with stress in a positive manner. Has great communication skills. Ability to show a supportive attitude in interactions with technical team members while enforcing established procedures/policies.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Required to work fluctuating hours. Good diction and proper phone etiquette. You must have excellent customer service skills. Have ability to problem solve and to organize multiple priorities. Computer experience is required.

GENERAL DUTIES:

Catalyst for driving the mission statement culture
Working knowledge of Spalon salon/spa business and products to effectively support and serve technical team and clients.
Meet or exceed expectations with each experience.
Accountable for compliance with company policies/procedures.
Display a professional attitude and an ability to handle difficult situations with our Mission Statement in mind.
Effectively execute established systems to ensure legendary customer service experience.
Handle client challenges following established guidelines.
Open/close salon

Scheduling, confirming, and check out are to be done accurately and efficiently.
Demonstrate an exceptional level of professionalism.
Handle client challenges following established guidelines.
Reconciliation of cash drawers
Keep the salon/spa clean and tidy
Make sure that client amenities are clean and available.
Identify areas of opportunity
Attend and support all Spalon Montage sponsored events.
Miscellaneous duties as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
