Full Job Description

Office Manager needed for Medical Practice. This is currently a Hybrid role but consists mostly of remote work which means you can remain at home most of the time with some commuting. Candidate must have background in basic billing and coding. This will be mostly administrative and currently involves insurance eligibility checks, communicating with billing department and ancillary staff. This is a perfect position for an entry level office manager and will likely not require more than 4 hours a day of work most days, therefore will be almost like a part time job and will provide flexible schedule as there is generally no specific schedule, however will need to make calls for administrative duties between 9AM to 5PM business hours. This position will offer the ability to transition to a larger role with higher salary for those interested therefore there is significant room to grow and earn more. Please email if interested, ideal applicant must be able to create their own daily work flow and manage tasks independently as there will be minimal oversight and the candidate will be required to determine how to manage tasks.

MUST LIVE IN THE NY/NJ area as there will be paperwork and other administrative tasks that require some commuting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week

Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
