Job Title: International Education Program Manager

About IPERC

IPERC (International Partnership of Education Research and Communications) develops and manages international education programs that connect schools, universities, educators, and students across different countries.

Our mission is to promote educational research, innovation, and communication in a global setting. By building sustainable partnerships among educational institutions, IPERC supports student learning, educator development, and institutional collaboration while helping individuals and organizations address local and global challenges in education.

Position Summary

IPERC is seeking an International Education Program Manager with experience working in education, preferably in international education, secondary education, higher education, dual-enrollment programs, student services, or educational partnerships.

The Program Manager will oversee educational programs, maintain relationships with partner schools, coordinate with regional program administrators, and support the development and expansion of new academic programs. The successful candidate should understand how educational institutions operate and be comfortable communicating with school administrators, teachers, students, and international partners.

Responsibilities

1. Education Program Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner schools, colleges, universities, and other educational organizations.
Serve as a primary point of contact for school administrators, faculty members, regional program administrators, students, and other program stakeholders.
Manage and supervise regional program administrators to ensure that educational programs are implemented successfully.
Coordinate program schedules, student enrollment, instructor assignments, academic documentation, and partner communications.
Monitor program performance and ensure that academic, operational, and service-quality standards are consistently maintained.
Track program expenses and support effective budget and cost management.
Identify and resolve academic or operational issues in collaboration with internal teams and partner institutions.

2. Education Program Development

Support the planning, development, and launch of new educational programs and services.
Research potential school and university partners and identify opportunities for new institutional partnerships.
Assist with the development of program proposals, agreements, academic plans, implementation timelines, and partner presentations.
Evaluate existing programs and recommend improvements based on feedback from students, instructors, administrators, and partner institutions.
Monitor trends and needs in international education and contribute to the organization’s long-term program strategy.

3. Program Operations

Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more international education programs.
Coordinate with academic, admissions, student services, finance, technology, and administrative teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
Maintain accurate program records, student information, schedules, reports, and partnership documentation.
Ensure that program objectives, academic calendars, deadlines, and service standards are consistently achieved.
Support student and instructor onboarding and communicate program expectations, procedures, and important deadlines.
Travel to partner schools, program sites, or organizational events as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education, international education, higher education administration, business administration, communications, or a related field.
At least two years of professional experience working for a school, college, university, education company, study-abroad organization, student-services organization, or education-related nonprofit.
Experience coordinating educational programs, academic partnerships, student services, or school operations.
Strong understanding of the needs and working processes of educational institutions.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project-management skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, professionalism, and patience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Ability to communicate professionally with school administrators, faculty members, students, parents, and international partners.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing international education, dual-enrollment, college-preparation, study-abroad, exchange, or academic enrichment programs.
Experience developing or maintaining partnerships with schools, colleges, or universities.
Previous management or supervisory experience.
Familiarity with student enrollment, academic records, course scheduling, instructor coordination, or learning-management systems.
Experience working in a bilingual or cross-cultural professional environment.
