Job Summary

We are seeking a warm and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Salon. In this role, you will manage front office operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive environment and support the overall efficiency of our office. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a professional and lively workplace.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors & clients with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Manage phone systems and courteously using proper phone etiquette
Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting for staff
Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and update spreadsheets using productivity software like Google Workspace
Assist with office management duties including inventory tracking & supply ordering
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, whether in person or via phone or email

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace, spreadsheets
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills in both verbal and written forms
Experience with front desk operations, restaurants, or customer facing roles
